In April, 2000, Prentice-Hall Publishing launched the book he co-wrote for them called “Internet Marketing in Real Estate.” The major 256-page book is a “bible” for how to get web presence and maintain dominance in your geographic area. It also covers marketing planning, web design, MLS search engines, META tag techniques and dozens of web factors Realtors need to include in their web marketing. For six years he was vice president of Orange County, California's largest full-service advertising agency, Cochrane Chase & Company, Inc. He founded and managed that firm's Sales Promotion & Public Relations Division. Koelzer has done consulting for major and is one of only several thousand professional communicators nationwide to have earned the coveted Certified Business Communicator (CBC) designation from the Business/Professional Advertising Association (B/PAA). The CBC designation, begun in 1978, recognizes high standards of professionalism including education, experience, knowledge and professional conduct in the field of business/professional marketing communications.
